Intelligence at the Signal Cabinet
The GPS 4-Channel Phase Selector installs directly within existing traffic signal cabinets. It receives vehicle data from equipped authorized vehicles and autonomously determines when to initiate signal priority based on estimated time of arrival, distance to intersection, and configurable geospatial activation windows.
Intersection units relay information to neighboring signals along corridors, enabling synchronized preemption across multiple intersections and improving overall response timing. Units are manageable via local connection or remotely via cloud connectivity.

From Vehicle Transmission to Green Light
Vehicle Transmission
An equipped vehicle broadcasts GPS position, speed, and heading multiple times per second via 900 MHz encrypted radio — up to 3 miles from the intersection.
Priority Decision
The phase selector receives the transmission, calculates ETA and distance, checks geospatial activation windows, and autonomously determines when to request signal priority.
Corridor Synchronization
The unit relays data to neighboring intersection units along the corridor, enabling coordinated multi-signal preemption for faster end-to-end response.
